Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive nature of market research, consulting, and panel building, Telvaro Research LLC generally does not offer refunds once a project kicks off.

Milestone Payments

Our massive-scale qualitative and quantitative projects are billed upon reaching predefined milestones. If a client terminates a project prior to completion, they are liable for billable hours and panel incentives incurred up to the termination date.
